>Scrambled egg with sunflower seeds
-Take a pan, add 3 tbsp organic sunflower seeds & 1 tsp sesame seeds.
-Add 1 tbsp butter & 1 tsp flax seeds & stir the mixture well.
-Add salt & black pepper (as per taste) & add 3 eggs into it, mix & cook for 15-20 min at a low flame.
-Add some raw nutty organic sunflower seeds for garnishing & serve hot
>Dates laddu with sunflower seeds
-Take 3 riped big sized dates without seeds, 2 tsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, 2 tbsp organic sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp dry coconut- add these ingredients in a bowl.
-Prepare small balls of this mixture & let it settle for 20-25 mins, serve and enjoy.
>Honey Roasted Sunflower Seeds
-Add organic sunflower seeds in a pan with some chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
-Dry roast them until the seeds are coated well with spices.
-Take the roasted sunflower seeds in a large bowl and add 1 tbsp of honey.
-Stir the mixture well and the honey roasted sunflower seeds are ready.
